What is HVAC high-side vs low-side?
High-side refers to the central equipment that produces cooling, such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps and AHUs. Low-side refers to the distribution that delivers it to spaces: ducting, diffusers, VRF or split indoor units and insulation.
Do you install fire sprinkler and hydrant systems to NBC norms?
We install hydrant and sprinkler systems to the project’s approved fire design, which in India follows the National Building Code and local fire authority requirements. [Confirm Quantum EPC’s scope for fire NOC support.]
Do you test and balance HVAC systems?
Yes. Systems are tested, balanced and commissioned, and the results are documented in the handover file.
Can you work in a live, operational building?
[Confirm.] Work in occupied buildings is planned around shutdown windows agreed with the facility team.
